Facial Acupressure Massage

Learn a simple massage to help you clear away your daily mask. Our facesπŸŒπŸ€” are always on show (for the majority of us anyway!). We all tend to wear daily masks – 🀐 not allowing people to see when we are sad, upset, angry etc. Our faces are also subject to our delightful weather πŸŒ¬πŸƒ , the toxins❌ in our atmosphere and of course the things we put on to our faces. Whether it be make up, or our shaving routine – all of it takes it toll.

Acupressure Points

This simple routine, when done regularly, will help to

βœ” tone and relax the muscles of the face,

βœ” improve sinus flow

βœ” reduce acne, rosacea, skin discolouration

This combined with the breathing technique I teach you will help you feel better every day! Of course, if you add Tropic Skincare to your routine you will be eliminating chemical toxins from entering your body via your skincare or make-up!

I would recommend doing the massage every day, at the end of your day – once you have got it down (and it doesn’t have to be exactly what I do!) you can start doing in bed πŸ›, after you have done everything else for the day, PROMISE yourself just 5-10 minutes of YOU time before you go to sleep EVERY day.

It is a routine I have developed from years of doing my facial acupuncture, having done additional courses in ‘anti-ageing’ massage (a phrase i wont use any more – it teaches us to try to resist ageing – what is more wonderful that the ability to continue to grow and thrive), an aromatherapy facial course, as well as, of course, my training and research into acupuncture for cosmetic reasons.
