What are you ready to let go of?

Well I think its safe to say we are officially in autumn, when the trees remind us that its okay to let go.

This is my favourite time of year, I LOVE the nights drawing in – it reminds me of walking home from brownies with my dad discussing the stars – those cold, crisp clear nights, I love the mystery that comes with darkness! Its a great excuse for curling up on the sofa under your favourite blanket, with a book and a hot chocolate!

Is there an area of your life your not happy with? Take the time to stop, to pause as we move into the Yin time of year, reflect on where you are at – and where you want to be at in your life. What steps can you take to shift towards that? Join me in my facebook group for more ideas, inspiration and accountability.

🍁It could be as simple as texting your friends more often, to let go of that isolation you feel.

🍁 It could be learning to be more compassionate with yourself – letting go of that wee inner critic from having so much power.

🍁 It could be finally getting round to acupuncture (wink wink) for that niggling pain you’ve had FOREVER.

🍁 It could be forgiving your family for their ‘wrongdoings’ by letting go of your expectations

🍁It could be taking that next step by letting go of need for perfection

🍁it could be choosing to stop eating foods you KNOW aren’t good for you, letting go of that comfort blanket.

🍁 it could be going to bed at 7pm on a Friday night, letting go of the societal pressures to conform to 9-5 and then PARTY all weekend.

Whatever it may be – take the time to reflect on what no longer serves you and DECIDE NOW is the time to give that up.

P.S. if you need some help with giving up drop me a message and we can chat about how I can help you, or book to meet in person
